Default Publish outlook form

I have published a form in organization folder on the
exchange server. My form contains Date Time Picker and
xPrint active x controls. For the form work properly I
have to install the mscomct2.ocx on exchange server?
Thanks

The form will run locally so any ActiveX controls you use in it must
be installed on the users computers.

Outlook forms do not run on the server. Outlook is a client and forms
run on the client even if they are published in the Organizational
Forms Library.
