Can someone point me to the process for converting custom forms to run as
html, so they can be used by exchange web access?

Exchange 2000? There is no direct process. You must hand code from scratch.

Exchange 5.5? There is a partial converter, with major limitations. See http://www.slipstick.com/exs/owa.htm
