Technical support for a problem caused by Microsoft should be fre.

I had a problem with Excel that was caused by Office SP1. I resent being
charged $35 for the resolution. Confirmation number SRZ050413000086.

Not sure who you think that was to, but this is a peer to peer group, so
mainly just a bunch of volunteers happy to give up their time helping out
others, and often learning a bit too.
