Postings do not display in print preview

When I look at the sheet or screen where I have entered the information,
there is a broken line. When I go to Print Preview It only shows first 107
entries that I made. Then after that it is all jumbled up. I'm not quite
sure what I have done.

The broken line probably indicates where a page break will occur, or where the
print area extends to. Print Preview only shows one page at a time, as you
probably realise.

Not sure what you mean by this.
Are the contents of the worksheet "jumbled up"? In what way?
Or is it the print preview that looks different from the worksheet in some
way?

What version of Excel?
What printer?
Have you defined a printarea on the sheet?
