MS Excel Signature Error

Hi Experts,

We are using MS-Office XP Porf with Windows XP Prof. (sp2). While opening
one Excel file we are getting the following signature errors. The file
contains many links.

The error is as follows :-
The Error Signature is:
AppName: excel.exe
AppVer: 10.0.2614.0
ModName: mso.dll
Offset: 0001c172

Other users using Windows 98 or Windows XP Prof. are not having any problems
opening that particular file.

We are facing problem in 2 systems one with sp1 and another in win'98.

Can anyone lead us why this error is coming and how to solve this problem.
