Default #Num! error occurs in all sheets

User gets this error when making change to cells in even simple calculations.
Others open the same file and have no problems.

Try formatting the cells to number formats.

Default RE: #Num! error occurs in all sheets

Tried some of the standard things to fix this. When we press [F2] and enter
it removes the error and we see the resulting value. If you keep doing this,
it is as if fixing the first error makes it possible to fix the next and next
and so on using the [F2] key. Does anyone have any ideas? It almost seems
like the spreadsheet doesn't finished calculating when it is opened up?
Would that make sense?
