Automation Error and Crash

I was combined many, say 10, application from stand-alone application into a
MDI control application. After that when I got the Automation Error when the
applicaiton is trying to create a workbook. The stand-alone appliction works
fine without any error. Please help if you have run into the automation
error when creating a workbook or worksheet in your code.
