Excel 97 document crashes on Excel 2000

Hi,

I have an excel 97 document that I can't open with Excel
2000, anytime I try it crashes offering and error in
excel.exe.

I think the document has some kind of macros.

Anyone knows if exists any conversor from excel 97 to
excel 2000? or any way of doing that?
