Excel exe Error

I have been working on a large(memory) spread sheet for a
few weeks now. Suddenly I am recieving this error:
"EXCEL exe has generated errors and will be closed by
windows. You will need to restart the program."

It is happening VERY often, I will usually try to add some
content, or even remove some, and save immediatly after
each action. The first save is usually successful, the
second it when the message arives.

Very frustrated,

I am having the same problem as you have recently (same
error message),also with a very large file. I am hoping
someone can suggest a solution.
