Default Application error every time Excel closes


Here is the message logged in Event Viewer. This computer
is running NT 4 SP6a with Office XP SP2. Has anyone seen
this error before?

Faulting application excel.exe, version 10.0.4302.0,
faulting module shell32.dll, version 4.72.3612.1700, fault
address 0x00084f2f.
