Excel 2000 "Referenced Memory Error"

After having made changes to an Excel spreadsheet I
attempt to save and I get the following error; "The
instruction at "0x3063a215" referenced memory at
0xc02oc019" The memory could not be read. Could someone
please explain why this happens and how to resolve?
