Hidden sub directory

I have a sub directory on my win 2003 server, that has become hidden to other
users on my network. The "Hidden" attribute has been checked and greyed out
so I cannot change it. The parent folder and all other sub directories
within this folder are all visible. Does anyone know how I remove the hidden
attribute when the box is greyed out.
