Default System shutdown

Hi, I'm having problems with the svchost.exe From time to time an error
message with svchost will appear and after I click ok, there is a system
shutdown within 1 min. I tried virus removal tools and norton but there
seems to be no viruses on my computer. Can someone please provide all the
possible solutions to this problem? Thank you very much.
