Does anybody know how to resize a surface chart in Excel v.X?

Hi Stefko,

Have you tried adjusting the plotarea?

To select the plotarea either use the chart toolbar and select it from
the chart items droplist or select the chart and use the up/down cursor
keys to cycle thru the chart elements.

The problem might be that Excel keeps the size of the between-tick
spacing the same on the X and Y axes. If you have 5 X categories and 2 Y
categories, your chart will be much longer in the X direction than in
the Y. I have not found a good way to get around this, but if the data
is reasonably smooth, I might insert a range in the shorter dimension
and enter interpolated values, to stretch out the axis.
