Charted points not appearing for all users

There was a group of us that were emailed an Excel 2000
spreadsheet. All of us have Office 2k sp1 installed. 3
of us in the group do not see all the plotted lines in
the chart. I have gone through the tools / options menu
with a user that can see the plotted lines and all our
options are the same. I have even reinstalled office. I
still can't see the plotted lines. Any suggestions from
anyone is greatly appreciated.

Checked compatiblity of monitor and currently selected printer? Are
the video and printer drivers the same and up-to-date? Are the zoom
settings within XL the same? Preferably at 100%.

This problem is being experianced on both XP pro and 2K
pro using different printers and Monitors. I beleive it
has to be something else.
