Newbie: How to I reverse X and Y axis values?

There is.

View the chart sheet you want to change.

Click the Chart Wizard tool (it's a three column chart
made of blue, yellow, and red bars).

The Chart Wizard window appears.

At Step 1, click 'Next.'

At Step 2, change 'Series in Columns' to 'Series in Rows'
(or the reverse, whichever is currently unselected).

Click 'Finish'.
