Select the data, run the chart wizard, and make a 3D pie chart. Then select the data, run the chart wizard, and make another 3D pie chart. Select the cells above both charts, press Ctrl-1 to format them, and on the Alignment tab, for Horizontal Alignment, select Center Across Selection.
