From Excel's help system:

Microsoft Map is not available with Microsoft Excel 2002. You can open maps
created with an earlier version of Excel, but you can't modify the maps or
create new ones.

To create maps that can be used in Excel 2002, you can use a mapping product
such as Microsoft MapPoint®. For more information, see the Microsoft
MapPoint Web site.
