Hello,
I am trying to Graph the following data on a single graph. Amanda AB David A DA Nicole N NN Other O Total 12-Ju-03 34 47% 36 50% 0% 1 1% 72 13-Ju-03 60 45% 57 43% 17 13% 0% 134 14-Ju-03 45 34% 39 30% 45 34% 2 2% 132 15-Ju-03 34 22% 40 26% 78 51% 0% 152 16-Ju-03 31 66% 15 32% 0% 1 2% 47 The percentage number can be in any format (column, line etc) but the standard number needs to be in column form. Is this possible? Thanks for your help. Troy |

Select all the data and plot in a column chart.
Select each of the % series (in turn) and (a) move it to the secondary axis (Select Format | Selected Data Series... | Axis tab | select Secondary) and (b) convert it to a line chart (it will still be the selected object after a is complete, so just click Chart | Chart Type...) -- Regards, Tushar Mehta (www.tushar-mehta.com) MS MVP -- Excel In article <4fc5c1a8.0307021331.6dea9d44@posting.google.com>, troy.tatchell@stramit.com.au says... > Hello, > > I am trying to Graph the following data on a single graph. > > Amanda AB David A DA Nicole N NN Other O Total > 12-Ju-03 34 47% 36 50% 0% 1 1% 72 > 13-Ju-03 60 45% 57 43% 17 13% 0% 134 > 14-Ju-03 45 34% 39 30% 45 34% 2 2% 132 > 15-Ju-03 34 22% 40 26% 78 51% 0% 152 > 16-Ju-03 31 66% 15 32% 0% 1 2% 47 > > > The percentage number can be in any format (column, line etc) but the > standard number needs to be in column form. > Is this possible? > Thanks for your help. > > Troy > |
