Default Dynamic Chart


Is it possible to create chart whose source-data changes
as a change the value of cell.
My specific problem is this: I need a quick way to update
the horizon of many graphs. For example ,say you are
interested in seeing the evolution of a variable up to
time 't' and then you need the same graph up to 't+20'.
Is there a way to do this? Thanks for any help in advance.
