I received a file that is password protected. I opened the file and entered the supplied password an error message appears "Unable to read file"
Any guidance to resolve this issue is deeply appreciated. Thank you |

The file could be corrupt. Ask the sender to resend the
same file. But before doing so, make sure the sender is able to open it from his/her end. If he/she is able to open it, then you should be able to open it too (assuming both of you have the same version excel) hth |
