Visual Basic for Excel2000 problems

Hi colleagues,
My problems:
I want to disable the possibility the user to close some
forms in my Visual Basic Excel200o project.

I want to disable the possibility the user to see on the
title bar of the application (Excel)the filenames, which
my project opens.
If I use the several (complex) .wmf images in a form as a
container this evokes the autamation error (the memory
problem?). How to get ride?

Any advises?
