For some reason, Excel 2000 is now working at 97 whereby
each file is opening in the same window, having to be accessed through the Window menu. I am not getting separate tabs for each file. This is happening as a result of opening 4 files at the same time. Please could someone help. Thanks. Jackie |

Tools>Options>View. "Windows in Taskbar" must be checked. Also from Debra Dalgleish............... The following MSKB article may help: OFF2000: Only One Icon Visible in Taskbar When "Windows in Taskbar" Option Is Selected http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?id=215816 Or, if it's a shared workbook, it's probably a bug, that's been fixed in Excel 2002: http://groups.google.com/groups?&th...%40TKMSFTNGXA13 End Debra........................................... Thanks for the reply. Is this something that "can just
happen", as the machines had been fine and, as far as I am aware, the option has never been into to be switched off? Unfortunately the support page didn't help, as the machines have W2K on them.
