loading Excel 5 to use with Windows98

need to know how to do this since loading gives a missing
file message

Hi

It wouldn't hurt to quote what the message actually said. But I have a
hunch...

Share.exe doesn't do anything since ages ago. So something must be there
with that name and do nothing. No problem:

Open notepad and save an empty textfile as "Share.exe" in C:\Windows (maybe
also C:\ and C:\Windows\system, can't remember which).
Enter "Share.exe" with quotes in the SaveAs Filename box on save to avoid a
..txt suffix.
