External Data Question

I have been working with some external data and things are
working great except for a small issue. Under Data
properties, I have untagged Auto Format, and Checked Over
Right existing Cells. Each time I change this and try to
save it, it appears to be saved. But after I close and
reopen, I have to reinvent the wheel and make all my
changes again in order to get the data again. I want to
be able to run the spread sheet each day without having to
format each time.
