Default how to allow limited user to change POWER settings?


i looked in the LOCAL SECURITY SETTINGS and cant find a entry for this.

i looked in microsoft's KB.

googled, but cant seem to find the correct search term.

anyone have any idea? this is the POWER control panel.

to configure a computer to allow normal users to alter power scheme
settings without being added to the Local Administrators group.
