Default Hiding icon on systray and disconnect user

hello world ....

I've got a software that run as service and put its icon on systray. I want
it not showing anything on systray but still running as service. How can I do
that ?
Sometime other people connect to my shared resource ( folders ), I can see
it via netstat -a but I wonder how to disconnect current users ( machines )
that currently using my shared resource without disabling the shared resource
itself.

Thanks

Two things you can easily do; First deny all access to anyone other
than those who should be able to see the share. Second if you see
someone connected who should not be, then right click on My Computer,
click manage, click the plus beside shared folders, click sessions, in
the right panel you should see any active connections, right click on
the offender, click disconnect.

I did this from memory so the steps may vary slightly...
