Excel is a Microsoft Office Product and is not packaged with Windows, which is an operating system. Cannot be downloaded. Must be purchased at retailer or from Microsoft. For XL97 or 2000 check out Ebay or search for MS Office 97/2000 on the net. If you buy off the web, be sure the licence comes with the package. For best cost-effectiveness, you would be better off purchasing the Microsoft Office Suite of Applications rather than a standalone Excel. http://www.microsoft.com/office/programs/default.asp for a look at all Office Options.
