Default Formating the cell highlighter (How to ?)


I am working on Excel 97 SR-2 & I am trying to format (change the colour)
the box that highlights the cell you are currently working on.

Any ideas

Chip Pearson has code and a workbook download for his Rowliner. Can highlight
a cell or entire row.
