Default IMPORTING A DATABASE


I CREATED A DATABASE IN MS WORKS 7.0 AND I WANT TO IMPORT
THE DB INTO AND EXCEL DB OR AN ACCESS DB.... DOES ANYBODY
KNOW HOW TO DO THAT????
