I recently had to have my Windows 98 machine reformatted
after a crash and everything seems to be working fine now, except Excel and Word were not reinstalled. How can I get this back on my machine without going to the software store?? Molly |

These products are not part of the Windows Operating System. They would have been installed by the original re-seller or someone else after purchase of the computer. If you don't have the original MS Office CD you must make a trip to the software store. Check out Ebay for a deal on Ofice 97 or 2000. If you go this route, make sure there is a licence for the product. If you wish to purchase the newest Office 2002 go here for details. http://www.microsoft.com/office/programs/default.asp to see the Office products and how to purchase.
