Baseline Security Analyzer

After running the newly downloaded BSA 1.2.1
from Microsoft,it told me I needed
MSXML 4.0 but it I would have to download SP2
first,and I already have SP2.
Then it showed me that I had more then 2 Administrators
X Administrator
X Name
X along number....

The first Administrator is a
empty folder,the second with the name is myself,
and I'm the only
one to use this pc and own it period.

The third with the long number,I have no clue.
How do I correct this problem!
