Default access denied to a shared folder

In my Windows2000 server I created a long time ago 3
personal folders for our 3 users, setting folder
permissions to EVERYONE full control and sharing
authorization only to the username with full control,
removing EVERYONE from the sharing authorization so that
every user has his private folder for backup.
We have been using these folders for many years, but now
I cannot access to mine, while other 2 users continue
accessing to theirs. I obtain DENIED ACCESS ERROR when I
attempt. I'm using Windows XP (like other users) and I
didn't change the permissions in the server folder,
neither my username and password.
Everything started 2 days ago when I created a new web
site in IIS in the server and I published a new web site
I'm creating with Frontpage, but I'm not sure it's
frontpage fault.
Any suggest?

thank you

stefano
