xp Security update KB835732

I installed this, rebooted and now it keeps appearing as
an update, even when I try to reinstall. It chugs away
for a couple of minutes, says it's successful, but never
disappears. I've removed it from the control panel and
still it keeps re-appearing. Any suggestions?
