IE 6.0 'view source' shows blank notepad window.Any ideas?

I've seen this before I think someone has the following
solution:

Copy notepad.exe from the Windows Directory on the Hard
disk (i.e. c:\windows). And paste it into the System32
directory and replace the copy of notepad in their.

This may work, may not.
