Error Message

I just rebuilt my computer and updated to XP Professional. I am trying to connect to my web site server for my shopping cart info.

When my shopping cart program (Cartit Commerce Buddy) trys to log on I get:

12157 Internet Security Channel Error

I believe this has to security certificates, but I can't figure out how to fix the situation.

Suggestions?

Was there any issues before you installed XP? Which
operating system did you use previously?
Also are you up-to-date with patches e.t.c?
