User right comparison

Can someone advise me where I can find the user right (Admin, power user,
network configuration operator, .. etc) comparison.

Thanks for the suggested website. However, it does not contain what I want
and too brief. I need to know the default permission of each group of users
and how to modify the default setting to suit our requirements. Any other
suggestion?
