Default Question concerning GPOs

Hi,

i've got a question concerning XP policies in a 2k3
domain.

Is there any possiblility to remove printer configuration
from start menu? it's no problem to remove system
configuration but i cannot find a policy to remove that
link to printer configuration from start menu

is there a way to remove the menu (file, edit ...) from
internet explorer?

Is there a possiblilty to avoid, that ie uses hotkeys
like CTRL-H??

Thank You!
