xp activation

I have reinstalled WIN XP (clean install). After I have
finished with installation of XP and all other programs,
i have realized that I have used wrong XP, cd which came
with other computer. I activated XP last year after the
upgrade. I did not activate the new installation yet.
What should I do without messing up anything? I do not
want to reinstall again using the right XP CD. Can I
change the xp key to the original activation number?
