Donk worm on XP

I have the Donk.A worm on XP. I've got the files
quarantined in the AVG Virus Vault, but AVG can't remove
the worm. Can anyone suggest where I might find a removal
tool? There seem to be loads of variants of Donk, but I
don't want to use e.g. a Donk.Q removal tool without being
sure I won't get myself even more tagled up! Thanks to all
