Run dll

When starting up I am getting the following error.
Error loading C:\Windows|image.dll
the specified module could not be found.

What is this?

This probably mean's that you've removed some software or
Adware, and it's deleted the image.dll from the location
it was being stored in. However the reference in the
registry / startup folder (dependent on the app) is still
there so it's looking for the DLL but it's not there,
hence the "Error Loading".
