I have typed a long long help me message....got done..submitted... came back an error, try again later... dang I dont even remember what all I typed

I have done similar...very frustrating.
All I can say is start over.
Perhaps shorter with all the pertinent facts.

Type and save in Notepad or other word processor before you send to
prevent that next time.
