Journal_Wrap errors / Event 13568

I currently have two domain controllers running W2K SP3
in my environment. One of the DC's is currently
encountering the following error, Event 13568.

I have tried to add the following regristry entry in as
stated in the following article 292438:

HKLM\System\CCS\Services\NTFRS\Parameters\"Ntfs Journal
size in MB" (REG_DWORD)

For the REG_DWORD I entered 100, after that the FRS
service was stopped and restarted. This didn't fix the
issue. I also enabled journal wrap automatic restore
which also didn't work.

What else can I do to repair this issue?
