Default Copy files from one computer to another!

I have two computers, one has Windows 2000 Pro installed
on it, and the other has Windows XP Pro. I have a router,
with each of the computers connected to the router via
ethernet nic's. How do I go about copying files from one
computer to the other? Your help will be greatly
appreciated, thanks.

"Peer to Peer Networking" in Windows 2000 Help should get you started.
