ok, i got to my account!!!
Now I've got another problem. In order to delete some users I need to access the user accounts in control panel, when i open the control panel screen, clicking on user accounts does nothing. I've tried to get there dosen of times, nothing! help!!! |

Hi,
right click my Computer and then select Manage. Here you should see "Local Users and Groups". Expend it and two more containers will appear... Under Users select the user that you want to remove and right click on it and then select delete. there is no "local users and groups " , only system

Lets try it like this.
go to Start -> Run -> mmc and click OK. Once MMC is up click on File and select Add/Remove Snap-In. Now click Add and look for "Local Users and Groups". Once you find it select it by clicking on it and then click Add and Close. Then Click OK and you should have MMC console with Local Users and Groups. You can save the console where it's convenient for you.
