How to customize or set the security for Internet browser home page !

Hi everybody,

Does anyone know how to configurate the home page on
Internet Explore 6 ? I tried to set my home page as my
favorite web page when I start the Internet browser, but
it seems coming up with another web page everytime I open
this browser ! I tried to scan for virus, spyware, and
adware ect... and clean the key name HSA (Home Assistent)
in Windows registry in Regedit.exe, but it does not work
for me as I want it to be ! I think my computer was
infected by some of virus when connecting to internet !
I also tried to remove the above program in Add/Remove
program in Control Panel. Nothing helped me out for
these solutions !

Please help me to solve this problem !

Thanks for your quick response to my question ! I
followed all of the steps that you show me, but it still
comes up the Homepage when I start IE browser
unexpectedly !

Here is the address of that web page that I do not want
it appear: res://usppe.dll/index.html#37049

I do not know what I have to solve this problem !

Thanks for your quick response ! One more thing is that
when I start the IE, it comes up the install Microsoft
Front page message box. It's like you are trying to
install program into Windows ! It seems like the threat
trying to generate the script.... I am not sure what I
assume is correct !

Please help me out !
