Default Restricted Search engines

I have a problem with a search engine that keeps popping up even on my secure logg on websites. The name of this pesky website is: http://www.shopnav.com
I have tried everything even placing this website on my Restricted Websites and set the security High and I will interfere with everything. My question is how can I stop this search engine from taking over when I click different links I click on. I know when this search engine is coming because it will click two times.
