Windows 2000 SP4

After loading Win2K SP4, cannot open properties dialog box
inside My Computer Dialog Box when right clicking Hard
Drive C or Floppy Drive A or Removable Media such as CR-
ROM Drive.

No problem with SP3, now with SP4 the problem occurs.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
