What is the path in the registry to enable/disable the
privacy tab in internet options in Internet Explorer 6.

If you mean you want to hide Security(privacy) tab in IE option in control
panel
Just set current value
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control
Panel
[DWORD]
SecurityTab=1

there is a tool called regtick,it would do the all the changes for you,
plus more, it show what value and keys are changed(not like other tools
would hide these registry information)
