Desktop Popup

I want to add an application or link to the windows popup menu (when you
right-click the desktop) What are the registry settings that I need?
Are they the same keys for Win9x and 2K/XP?

You will need to write a DLL in C++, here's an example:

AFAIK, the best you can do is put a script or whatever inside the 'New' menu.
